My first call to the office was probably awful for them. I couldn’t even make an appointment for not even being able to talk. They were the kindest ever. They emailed me information and texted me an opportunity to come in. Best decision ever.

Now, I knew I needed a full set of dentures and boy that’s a process. BUT, a 100% painless process with this amazing team of professionals supporting and guiding your every need.

One complaint the insurance, pre-registration, and patient info portal link Familia Dental texted to me, prior to my visit, DID NOT transmit the information to their office database. When I arrived, the receptionist had to ask ALL the same info again! 🤷🏽‍♀ What a waste of time!! 2nd visit on July 6, 2026 was to have impressions take for partial dentures. Everything went smooth.“

They had me come in another day to do others, with a cleaning in between. They got the insurance all updated, and everything I needed. Friendly dentist, and staff.
