“I just want to share that the Prairie Dental Group and Dr. Knoedler, her crew and all of the ladies at the front are by far the best. You will not find a gentler, more caring, compassionate office anywhere. They do outstanding dental work. The best communication bar none. I was a victim of assault and robbery and sustained injuries to my face causing broken teeth. They immediately got me in. Dr. Knoedler along with Dr. Long did an outstanding job at putting me back together emotionally and physically over these several months. I seriously can’t say enough wonderful things about all of the staff there. I just wish I remembered all of your names. Best Dentist office around!!!!!!!“

“This office is outstanding! I had a bad toothache a few weeks before I was traveling through Springfield and my insurance recommended this office. Easy to get an appointment and filled in all my paperwork online. The day of my appointment I was seen on time (when does that ever happen). Turned out I was grinding my teeth so they offered to order me grinding guards and, since I dont live around here, send them to me! What customer service! If I lived here I would definatley be a long term patient!“

I couldn't be more pleased. I choose Dr. Steer originally because he was my orthodontist many years ago and I have always been very happy with my results. They treated me kindly and listened to my concerns without making me feel upset. They are addressing issues that I have had my entire life, and then also addressing issues that have come up in the last 2 years that I have had concerns with. I will definitely continue using them for myself, and my whole family.“
