It was hot in my house. Thermostat was registrating 88 even though I lowered to 65. When the repairman came, he listened to my problem as I told him what was wrong. Within 10 minutes he went outside, fixed the problem and was on the way with no charge. Thanks Brandon, this morning the house is nice and cool.
He was very professional. Talked through the problem, possible solutions, even made calls to get the best possible solutions. Also checked the water heater, gave us advise on its condition.came back a week later and replaced water heater and brought venting up to code. Added additional safety features.
Dustin arrived when I was told he would, was courteous and professional and answered all my questions. My AC inspection was included our membership and is truly worth the peace of mind it brings knowing our system is ready for summer.
