There all really friendly from the lady that checks you in to the people that draw ur blood. I'm scared of needles but I never ever feel the stick and they get it every single time in a matter of seconds then it's over thank you
They r super speedy, but still manage 2 b courteous. I've used a variety of their services, from labs, 2 Dr visits, even my mammogram. I'm sad when I have 2 go other places.
I went for a biopsy, and the staff were very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable in spite of the circumstances. I would recommend the imaging center at Baylis for anyone needing a biopsy. The building itself was very clean, and it was easy to find where I was going. I appreciated the attached parking garage since it was January in Illinois.
