A very professional salon, very welcoming when you come in. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and told my stylist that I was there. Offered me a water while I waited. All of the ladies were very sweet as well.

KM is a very relaxing salon. I loved how they had there station set up for their client's. I walked in the door and of course they were busy, however they acknowledged me immediately. I strongly recommend this Salon. My hairdresser was Denise and she has over 25 years experience. She was amazing! I can't wait to go back for my eyebrows tenting.

I had a perm done here and it ruined my hair. My hair is all frizzy and looks so dried out. The person was supposed to be the perm queen but she did an awful job and charged me $90.00. I also went to her for a regular wash and style. I never had a hair dresser wash my hair and then put me under a hair dryer and then style with a curling iron. I believe this method of doing hair also contributed to my dry and frizzy hair. I guess she was too cheap to use moose and to lazy to use a blow dryer. I never received any services that were worth the money that I spent at KM Salon. I would not refer anyone to this hair salon.

I don't care since 1996 he was a Custer of a customer of mine at the tropical snow in Lake Town Plaza I introduced him to my wife in 2005 and he's taking care of her hair ever since he's a tremendous man great example to all a wonderful shop and I've been very proud to know him since 1996 he's a wizard with the scissors love you Ken

I’ve been getting my hair done by Brenna for about 2 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about her and the wonderful staff at KM. I’m a pretty simple client, I usually come in about every 8-10 weeks for a cut. I’ve never felt pressured to color or add any additional services and I always feel listened to and valued as a customer. Recently, my two young sons have started getting their hair cut by Brenna; they absolutely adore her and she is wonderful with them, very patient despite the many questions and wiggles.I’ve been seeing Shannon for brow maintenance for the past 6 months and she is a gem as well. My brows look so much fuller and have such a better shape to them since I’ve retired my tweezers.I genuinely think that the employees like each other and their clients. I love Love LOVE with what Erin did for me!! She knew exactly what I was going for when I got 12 inches cut off. I went back a few days later for all over color of a dark auburn/violet just for fun. I am definitely going back! Erin has a new regular customer now! Thank you soooo much!!
