In May of 2020, while purchasing a home, JRE Construction was chosen by the seller to install a new sump pump in my crawl space. Once I closed on the house, I called JRE Construction about the warranty/bill for the instillation because it was in the seller's name. I explained how my name was not on the paperwork and if there were any issues in the future, my name needed to be on the paperwork. The man I spoke with stated he knew the sellers of the house and if there was EVER an issue, to call him and they would fix it.
