Honest Feedback for Rochester Location

The following review contains my opinions, I am not an expert in construction. This also contains personal experiences, these experiences are truthful.

The Downsides:

Construction Quality: The construction feels subpar. Breakers trip frequently, and the insulation in rooms with windows is inadequate—in the winter I often have to wear a heavy jacket in my office.

DON'T be fooled by the apartments at Ash Grove! Yes, they are new, yes they are equipped with nice appliances. NO there is no soundproofing between floors so yes - you actually CAN hear the neighbor above you cut wind, walk around the apartment (sounds like stomping), hear their music and TV. NO many people do not pick up their dog's p**** making the dog park p*** soup when it rains or snows... which your dog then carries into your carpeted apartment. Disgusting! The snow removal service only removes snow for the front apartments. The seals on the doors and windows are subpar. The pictures below were taken AFTER the door was fixed. There was actually a day that my front door was frozen shut. Everything looks absolutely wonderful. Reality sets in within days. My opinion is this would be a decent place for someone who lives on the top floor and owns a cat. Don't forget to watch where you step if you feel like walking in the grass though!
