The hinges on my over head cabinets do not work. The doors are so heavy they will not stay open while you get into them because the hinges are not adequate. I have called many times with no response, sent a letter and stopped by to talk to both Sharon and Mike. The last time I stopped in Mike said he would talk to Sharon and take care of it. Of course I heard nothing back. I am unable to use my overhead flip up doors in my closet. I am sad that they choose not to finish the job. I felt I had a good relationship with SHARON, but I will never use them again. Extremely disappointed.

Terrible. Bathroom cabinet/marble top was measured wrong. My contractor installed before I saw it, making necessary drain adjustments to make it work, connecting flexible pipe. I called about it and was told "the pipes are where they are" and they wanted to charge me $100 for restocking and I would have had to pay for a replacement. They were not going to credit me any of the $1873 I had paid. All I received from them was attitude.

From start to finish, getting a new kitchen from Gary Bryan Kitchens & Baths was a seamless process. Shelley made my vague design ideas a reality, and she worked within my budget to give me the kitchen of my dreams. The timeline and pricing were clear from the start, and the quality of the cabinets is amazing. When people comment that the kitchen looks like something out of a magazine, I know we made the right choices!
