“I had helpful reviews from two friends and two neighbors who had DreamMaker remodel their bathrooms. My friends and neighbors told me DreamMaker set a timetable for their projects and kept to it, their workers cleaned up at the close of each workday and their work was high in quality. Since I had information from multiple people I knew well, I chose DreamMaker for my bath and laundry area makeovers. Their positive reviews turned out to be the case with my project as well.My project spaces were small but needed several different kinds of workers to be coordinated: Designer, Betsy Scobbie; Lead Carpenter/Installer, David Rosas; a plumber; an electrician; a gas company worker to reroute a gas line; a roofer to reroute a dryer vent; a painter and finally, Field Supervisor, Dan Mella, who signed off to assure everything met DreamMaker standards.When David began removing my old bathroom tiles, taking the walls down to the studs and removing my cast iron tub, he found several unwelcome surprises. It’s an understatement to say the crew that built my house had some hairbrained construction ideas. David made corrections with the ease only a professional can do. David met every challenge my ~60-year-old home presented with skill and expertise, e.g., he artfully blended my home’s original woodwork, no longer available, with the new and different sized trim I wanted installed. In addition to being adept at his work, David was personable and kept excellent communication with me for every decision I needed to make during my 15-day project. I’m very pleased with my laundry area and bathroom makeovers for accessibility, storage and aesthetics.I highly recommend the DreamMaker team and David to anyone considering a home improvement project!“

“After a disastrous discovery of black mold under my floors and the bottom of my cabinets and island I turned to Angie Moats of Capitol Group. I enjoy people who are genuinely interested, curious, and enthusiastic about their work. She's passionate about design and possibilities. She came to my home tasked with recommending new cabinets and countertops. Practiced in measuring and design principles she scoped out the kitchen work, much to be funded by the insurance company. My kitchen adjoined a room addition that leads to my backyard. The space was unused. Angie recommended removing the wall that separated the kitchen, removing the pantry shelves, place the refrigerator in that former space, and extend the countertop into the addition with three more cabinets or two cabs and a wine cooler. I accepted her recommendation and now have MORE storage without a pantry, more livable/useful space and a beverage/breakfast area for sipping coffee or having a buffet style counter for cookouts & get togethers! She recommended the shelf drawers inside the cabinets and being able to pull out a drawer without having to dig to get to items in the back is wonderful. We shortened the length of the island and placed a drawer microwave beneath it. I thought I might miss the longer island, but am enjoying having more floor space instead. I had consulted with Angie when her previous employer redid my shower. That makes me a repeat customer of hers and she has earned my trust and respect. She's changed my life with her work and I am Grateful!“
