I had a great experience working with Julian Gorens from FLEDCO while getting new windows for my home. Julian was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all of the options, answered every question I had, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.
What really stood out was how responsive and helpful he was. He made the whole process simple and stress-free, and you can tell he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. Mr. Nibbe, sales representative, was very professional and answered all of my questions. I was impressed by his professionalism and his knowledge of both the window construction, and the history of the company. I’m looking forward to the completion of the project and having new windows! I would recommend Feldco and Mr. Nibbe to anyone.
Julian Gorens has helped us two years in a row and has done a fantastic job giving us the time and space to think and make decisions while also providing us with advice that comes from what I can only describe as neighborly, honest, & upfront. Last October, 2024, we had our first floor windows done and we didn’t get a chance to leave a review then, but the customer service is unmatched!
