Cliff is the best! Not being a computer nerd I have run into problems that I couldn't fix on my own. Cliff always bails me out. If I could rate Computer Mechanix at 100 stars I would. Make sure you sign up for the protection plan. It will make your life so much easier!

We have used Computer Mechanix for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. When I call, they are ready to help--I think they can fix anything! I honestly think they are the best in town. Always polite and caring, no matter how stupid I am.

FINALLY! I have found a "computer guy" who takes the time to listen, asks questions that don't make me feel like an idiot and offers several solutions. Cliff at Computer Mechanix is "that guy!" He quickly assessed my computer (it died), listen to what I wanted and got me the perfect laptop! He updated my husband's computer and just recently remotely fixed a problem we were having with printers...Cliff is the BEST! Quick, efficient and trustworthy!
