I highly recommend Computer Mechanix - Cliff is awesome! I brought my Apple iPad Pro to Computer Mechanix last week as it quit working. I thought it needed a new battery. However Cliff examined it and due to his knowledge regarding iPads, he advised me that a battery would not fix the problem and indicated that the “motherboard” (I’m not sure of terminology) would need to be replaced and he advised to get a new iPad. I discussed with Cliff if he could set up the new iPad and also wipe out and upgrade my laptop. I then went to the AT&T store and ordered the new iPad which came the next day. Cliff set up my new iPad and then uploaded all my data from iCloud as my old computer was inoperable. Cliff is very honest, patient with my questions explaining my options and does not talk tech! I am very pleased in finding a computer store and especially Cliff for all of my computer issues!
