This is a family owned business, and they care. They have given the best care to my mentally disabled sister. They are the only people who could handle her very complicated vision problems and needs and wouldn't stop until it was right. Where others would send us away and say that's the best we can do-- every time they go above and beyond to make sure she is happy. My sister thinks of them like family, because they treat her with so much love. And I personally love that they have their selection isn't only typical-- they have some great off beat and edgy styles.

Superb customer service. The only place I will ever go for eye care. Great selection of frames to choose from. They are very good at what they do and it is very apparent that they LOVE what they do! I cannot say enough about Sue and Elizabeth at Bergh-White. My first pair of glasses from them made my vision better than I can remember in a very long time, and their attention and care is amazing. Recently I had a problem with the frames that they couldn’t fix quickly, and knowing my prescription, they put my lenses in different frames for the hours they needed the glasses.Then it turned out that the frames needed to be sent out, so I wore those frames for days, and when they were returned , the frames had been replaced with the same ones, but new, for $25.00. I so appreciate their work ethic and kindness.
