I had surgery February 10 and they started sending me texts, sometimes several a day within two weeks hounding me for money. When I tried to pay by phone this morning at 9:49 no one answered. I’ve also not received a bill in the mail. I’d rather not do everything by text snd I would like to know if and what my insurance paid. At least the anesthesiologist didn’t kill me.

Never received a bill and it was sent to collections - when I tried to call them directly, I couldn't get any information and was sent back to MMC billing, who apparently doesn't deal with their billing at all.You're screwing with people's lives, fix your system.
