The AC went out in our restaurant over a holiday weekend. Within an hour of getting the call, Airmasters had competent, knowledgeable, and friendly technician on site at 9am on a Saturday morning.
Sadly, the part required couldn’t be sourced over the weekend, but by 8:15 Monday morning, they had already found the part and worked with us to find a way to get it to Springfield in a matter of hours and had a tech on site waiting for its arrival. They also did the legwork to identify that our equipment was, indeed, under warranty and just took care of the claim on our behalf making the whole process super easy. Our furnace was blowing cold air somehow, turns out that the thermostat was wired incorrectly by the last company who serviced our A/C. Nick was friendly, fast, professional, and helped us identify the problem for less than half of what the last company wanted. Great service.
Air Masters servicemen are very professional, very knowledgeable. Ryan England and Matt worked well as a team to get our furnace and central air replaced. We would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC/R & Sheet Metal needs.
