The folks at Van Drunen, from Anneka to Eric to the install crew were great. Up front, professional and trusted. The install crew, Derek, Tony and Mitchell – were very courteous, explained everything were doing; and made the experience of installing our A/C system as pain free as possible. Van Drunen installed our first replacement 16 years ago – did a great job then and now. Highly recommend them for HVAC.
We worked with Ricky for initial diagnostics, and he did his best to repair the unit at minimal cost, but it was not to be. Keith gave us estimates on different units, and Dan & Tony worked the install of our new unit and thermostat. They were all very friendly and professional, and we'll definitely be in touch if we have any HVAC needs in the future.
AC went weekend of the 4th of July
Thank goodness it was lower temps that weekend. Called Van Drunen heating and air AC working by noon on Monday. Great service and friendly service person.
