I have been calling this office for a month now , since I been told this is my location for dental service . No one ever answer the phone when I call during open hours. I actually rode by there today during the time online says open and no one was there ! Very inconvenient…!!! & highly disappointed!!

I have been trying to get a live person for 2 weeks to book an appointment as a new client and no one has answered the phone at all not one time. Also I sent a request online for an appointment and no response to that either. Horrible service

Beverly Hadley has a natural condescending way about herself especially towards her patients. Beverly Hadley would benefit from proper etiquette classes and just respecting her clients. She speaks to people like they're children and not adults. Her tone of voice is awful when it comes to giving explanations to adults. Beverly Hadley also locks the door to her office You will be stuck waiting outside until your exact time rolls up, then the doors open. This can be bad for people who have elderly people with them, or children and they have nowhere to wait safely. Many times people rely on public transportation and I think she misses that point.
