You'll be waiting atleast 30 mins after your appointment to get seen even when it's nobody in the lobby🙄 the staff more worried about drama and what they gon eat instead of checking why its taking so long when nobody is busy

Never coming back to this one again. The doctors said that if you're 15mins late then she wouldn't see you. She said that 2hrs after waiting.

i went up here for an urgent answer to my questions i had and apparently u can only get in contact with your doctor through the app by texting the staff or by making an appointment. I texted them a question about my recent test results and solutions for it and they haven’t gotten back to me yet! this was june 12th and i double texted june 17. who wants to sit and wait for a prescription to be prescribed for something you don’t wanna have for any longer than u already had it? Then mind you, my test results took like a week and a half to come back to me and i still don’t have some results from my visit on june 5th. like what’s going on? THEN yall got all these telehealth appointments and no in-person appointments available like everyone wants to talk through a screen about health concerns that need to be talked about in person that could be urgent. and yall want us to communicate w yall on yall app, but don’t even respond to yall patients questions and concerns. it’s not making sense.

Wait Time Is Horrible Here, Had An Appointment For My 10 Month Old At 2:15pm. I Arrived At 1:50pm. It Is Now 3:15pm And Still Haven’t Seen The Doctor, The Chicago Heights Location Is Much Faster, Won’t Be Recommending Or Returning Here.

I brought my kids here for appointments and we literally was there for about 4 hours each time. The wait time is no joke. I’m sitting in one of the back rooms right now and I’ve been here since 10:50am. My appointment was for 11am. It’s now 12:20pm and I haven’t seen the dr. He just walked in yikes
But one thing I will say. I love the dr. He’s very knowledgeable, nice and understanding. I’m coming back just because there aren’t many drs who give a care. But this timeeeeeee. Baby ima have to clear my schedule EVERYTIME

Came on time to set appointment, been waiting for 2 hours to be seen took 1 hour just for a simple piss test, don’t waste your time, got off work early to come here just to wait all day. Go somewhere else.

Everyone is so kind, and very professional I truly appreciate (Page) for the effort that she put in to make sure that I was ok. As well as answering any questions that I had. I was seen in a timely manner also was in and out. GREAT WORK

Clinic itself is clean and comfortable, most of the staff is friendly and will start conversation. Dr James OB was great, I know they rush but I think it’s because of how many patient they have, I can’t complain for it being a low income clinic so be prepared to wait a while. Leslie front desk always has her phone out and in use accompanied by her AirPod which is really unprofessional, never had trouble with the other receptionist. The phlebotomist, is great at blood draws and never had trouble with my veins.
