All I can say is I don't no why they are in business because I honestly believe that they only have a staff with no homecare aides. My mother has been waiting on services from them for 4 months and when I call every week they ask me if I know anyone friends or family who would like to work. I read everyone post about this agency and I can say that it is true because I experience the same thing. When they did send someone to the house the lady had health conditions and needed a aide herself. She just needed to sit down and couldn't work. Please do not use these people for your home care needs. They are always short staff, unprofessional and do not return your phone calls no matter how important they are. Be mindful of the help you get for your love ones.
