Her staff is the same; kind, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt etc etc.On a personal note, let me say it's not easy to work on middle aged skin and have it turn out looking natural, but that has been my experience! 10 days post- op, I went out to meet friends with only a little concealer on with my usual mascara and NO ONE could tell! Wow! I will be going to her for any future needs until she retires! On that same note, as a retired person I don't light money on fire.
