if i could do 0 i would, i brought a bag in to get cleaned, got charged $30, got it back with CAT PEE STILL ON IT, so i gave it back and told her to do it again, she “washed” it again and it STILL SMELT. mind you, ny regular detergent would of taken care of it. due to the purse being leather i wanted it professionally done. then we asked for a refund and she only gave my boyfriend $20. he told her it was $30 and she began to YELL AT HIM WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE. 0/10 service for it to be so over priced! they are lucky i wasn’t with my boyfriend otherwise south elgin police would of been handling it. to mess up at your job and continue to YELL AT THE CUSTOMER is… read full review
