We have had amazing service from Elgin Sheet Metal. They originally installed our system when our house was built in 1991 and have since put in our new system about 5-6 years ago. Over the years, they have been excellent and timely on service and we highly recommend them. Recently, we had a capacitor replaced in our condenser. They came out right away and the service was great. I want to put out a plug for our Service Tech, Abby. She is wonderful, knowledgeable, and follows ups consistently to schedule appointments within our schedules. Again, if you your looking for a quality and service minded provider for new installs and service, please reach out to Elgin Sheetmetal.… read full review
Gabby was very professional and was able to repair our air conditioning unit quickly right before the July 4th holiday. Thanks Elgin Sheet Metal! Mike and I highly recommend your company.
Woke up to our heat not working and they were able to come within a couple hours to fix it. The woman, I believe her name was Gabby, who showed up was very professional. She diagnosed the suspected issue but ran though multiple other scenarios to be sure before taking everything apart. She was able to replace the blower motor and get my house warm again. Very happy with the work and will definitely us Elgin Sheet Metal for future issues.
