I have been taking my Bernedoodle puppy to Cleveland Vet Clinic for a just under a year now (July 2025 - Feb 2026 and beyond), and please believe me when I tell you that they have taken such compassionate, wonderful care of him since he came into my life at 3 months old. He’s now 10 1/2 months and I couldn’t be more pleased with their care.

Their hours are convenient for all working people since they are open til 8pm on weekdays and 2pm on Saturdays, and, when they say they will call you back with info or an answer to your question, THEY WILL ACTUALLY CALL YOU BACK! The same night!

I’ve been taking my dog here since he was a puppy, and the entire staff has always been incredibly kind, from the front receptionist to the nurses and, of course, the vets. They are extremely patient, which means so much because my dog gets very nervous during visits and doesn’t always make exams easy. They truly let him take his time and work with him at his pace. Even after moving to Chicago, I’ve continued to keep them as his primary vet because I genuinely can’t imagine switching, no one compares to the love and care they show their furry patients.

Absolutely Wonderful! 1st time patient with a stray cat I’m keeping. Everyone from reception to the Doctor was Friendly, Professional and Welcoming. I left with the feeling I’m in Great Hands - thank you everyone at Cleveland Vet Clinic!
