City & Suburban did a fantastic job sanding down and refinishing our hardwood floors. We had very orange stained red oak floors and they did an excellent job executing on our vision for a more neutral/raw look. They used Bona certified equipment and products and you can tell that they really have their process honed in. I’m so thankful we went with them instead of some guy with a belt sander. We could not be happier!

We couldn’t be happier with our refinished floors. Shawn was able to come out and give us an estimate quickly as well as get us on their schedule in a short time frame. His crew showed up when promised and were polite, professional, and hardworking. Their price was fair and the end result was beautiful!
