I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but exceptional people really deserve recognition. The people at SCV Floorsmith, Nick (owner), Ray & Francisco (craftsmen), are really exceptional and can be counted on to do a great job. They don’t lose track of any detail, and still work very fast! Their extensive experience with these projects is unmistakable in scheduling and dealing with homeowners and other contractors and their Home Owners’ Associations, and is unmistakable in the craftsmanship and finish of the completed project. Nick expressed to me the importance of communicating and setting expectations up-front, but I think he under-promised and over-delivered.... read full review

SCV Floorsmiths did an outstanding job with new carpet and LVP floors. We researched a lot of installers but Nick and his crew were the best. Their prices were right in line with the other bids.
