The technicians are professionals with many years of experience and genuinely love what they do. They use next-generation equipment and make sure each client's individuality is brought out. The customer service is great, and the staff care about the clients' treatments. The salon also has a nice ambiance and offers drinks, including hot and tasty coffee with sweets. Clients are extremely satisfied and confidently recommend the salon. The salon is a great place to treat oneself and leave in a good mood.
I always leave happy with how my hair looks at the end of the service. The staff is very welcoming and will offer complementary drinks/snacks during your stay. Theres plenty of space to sit down and chit chat. They offer a variety of services and many talented stylists to book with. Give it a try and you will not regret it!!!

I had such a great experience at Salon Beauty Provocateur! This was actually my first time getting a haircut in the U.S., and I’ll be honest - I’m very particular about my hair (being from India, I don’t easily trust just anyone with it). But Alena completely changed that for me. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that - if not better. The haircut turned out amazing and honestly gave me a whole new look in the best way possible. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients.
