The customer service is great, and the staff care about the clients' treatments. The salon also has a nice ambiance and offers drinks, including hot and tasty coffee with sweets. Clients are extremely satisfied and confidently recommend the salon. The salon is a great place to treat oneself and leave in a good mood.
I’ve visited this beauty salon several times, and every time I’ve been absolutely thrilled! The staff are amazing, the service is attentive, and most importantly — the results are outstanding. That’s exactly what keeps me coming back again and again.
I’d also like to highlight the hairstylist — a true professional with many years of experience in the beauty industry. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and really know how to bring out each client’s individuality. The results always exceed expectations!

First time coming to Beauty Provocateur in Roselle IL.
I’ve always wanted to get a face massage so I saw this place on instagram and they had a special and I decided to book. I also added a face facial .
Upon entering I was greeted right away and offered something to drink.
The aesthetic is very nice. They offer a lot of different services.
My technician was Irina and she was amazing. The face massage was amazing and so was the facial. Will definitly be coming back to treat myself and highly recommend .
Got my nails done here for the first time today and had an excellent experience. My technician Lesya was amazing — very attentive and caring. The service overall is top level, and I also loved their drinks menu, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommend!
