Loreta the owner is so sweet and compassionate. She got a caregiver for my mom and best friend and they are amazing kind extremely helpful. This agency goes above and beyond for there clients. I highly recommend them .

I have been using this service for a year now for my father. We have been very happy with the quality of care givers we have had. Very professional and caring individuals. I would recommend this agency hands down.

My brother hired a 24/7 caregiver for my mom after a fall. This woman is not licensed in any way. She pretends to not understand English when it suits her. She doesn't use soap when washing dishes, doesn't really clean Mom properly after using the bathroom, doesn't do any light housekeeping, leaves food uncovered in the fridge and gets paid $1200 a week cash. She lives in and does as she pleases. She's convinced Mom (who has dementia) that if she leaves no one will take care of her. Before hiring from this place I would strongly recommend interviewing each "caregiver" before allowing one of them into your home. My brother didn't, just looked online and hired her without shopping around. Basically, she's a very expensive babysitter with no qualifications.

We used this service for my mother so she could stay at home and needed a full time caregiver. We tried 3 different women and 2 of them couldn't understand or speak English. Only one drove a car so I had to find someone to do my mother's errands. The other lady used my mom's house for receiving packages from all over the world. The post office was investigating about stolen goods going to and from Ukraine. Buyer Beware!
