This club has good equipment, however the cardio machines are very difficult to use. The people at the front desk were nice. The parking situation is bad, it was hard to find a spot. Also the men's bathroom was filthy. There was toilet paper in the shower. Also the lockers are very small and close together.
Reformer pilates classes are fantastic! Especially Tuesday classes with Karla! She will get you working out muscles you did not know u had. Would love it even more if she taught on other days too, Friday evening classes are a bit lacking. Please make those available ✨🙌
!!Customer service over the phone is terrible. I wanted to speak to a person about to pay my late fees because of a changed card number, but sadly the entitled person who answered was not interested in helping me and more interested in getting off the phone. I repeatedly tried stating what I wanted to say, but the person kept interrupting and bombarding me with solutions and prices that were irrelevant to the problem at hand. The gym it self is great but I would’ve stayed much longer if not for this truly unacceptable behavior!!!
