Waterway Carwash

I lost my rear windshield wiper, assumingly in the car wash. (It’s a newer car for me, I was unaware the rear wiper was set to auto-whatever. I’m just a girl 🤷‍♀️ )

I mentioned it to the newer manager, and he told me he would check to see if it was there. I completely forgot about it, and weeks went by.

When I came back for another car wash, the same manager approached me and asked about my rear wiper. He was incredibly nice and even offered to install the new one for me when I got it, whether I had actually lost it there or not.

Got my car washed here today and I’m honestly impressed. The staff were friendly, the service was fast, and my car looks spotless—inside and out. Prices are fair for the quality you get

I came in with some really tough residue/film on my windshield. Mitko was amazing and helped by letting me go multiple times through the wash until it was off, with no extra charge. He even helped me scrub with the prep brush and offered a microfiber towel as well. Amazing service and support!! Will definitely come again!
