nothing short of excellent. ezra helped me on a unique situation where my hi8 tape from a gig was not playing back on my camera properly and he was able to salvage as much as we could of the footage. he even stayed after hours to help with the time sensitive project! definitely recommend trusting your materials with The Digital Convert!
