Solve Clinics genuinely exceeded my expectations from my very first appointment through my full recovery after PRP treatment. Every single person on the team was professional, upfront about the process, and incredibly responsive whenever I had questions. They even had music playing during the session, which made the time fly by. Ross went above and beyond too, reaching out by phone and text both before and after my appointment just to see how I was healing. Had a fantastic experience at Solve at their Old Orchard location. This was my first visit there. Received facial botox treatment. The options and procedure were explained very clearly, and the treatment delivery was comfortable and very effective. Fantastic customer service as well.

My first time at solve clinic was an amazing experience. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Top notch staff, any questions I had they answered in a very personal manner. My nurse practitioner was Marilen, she explained what would happen during my Botox treatment step by step.
