SimonMed Imaging is a large provider of outpatient radiology and imaging services. They offer a variety of services including MRIs, CT Scans, 3D Mammography, Ultrasound, and X-rays. Patients report positive experiences with the friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and could not be sweeter and more patient. The technicians are great and made the imaging go very smoothly, making patients feel comfortable with their excellent bedside manner, kindness and expertise. Patients appreciate the quick and efficient service, with results often available online within a day.
My recent experience at the Skokie, IL location was great! The woman at the front desk was very kind, helpful and pleasant. The technician was also very kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t even feel the needle when he was adding the contrast. I almost bailed half way through because the noise was getting to me, but he calmly and encouragingly helped me through the rest of it. Thanks for all your help!
Friendly staff!! Great first time experience at SimonMed! The receptionist checked me in quickly and was very friendly. The MRI tech, Maya, made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Thank you!
Jennifer is a gem and I highly recommend this facility. Our 7 year old daughter needed an MRI of her wrist and we knew this would be challenging given children have a hard time sitting for so long. Jennifer jumped into action, and though she was working the front desk during a busy day, she helped us in the MRI room throughout the process to comfort our daughter and ensure she was comfortable and calm. This is going above and beyond the call of duty, and I have never seen such compassion and kindness in a healthcare setting. Maya, the technician, was also lovely.
