While the manicure turned out ok, this wasn't my even my top 3 design choices. The manicurist(Linda) was a bit rude, couldn't do the designs I wanted (which imo weren't crazy at all) and when I refused a dip Mani for a specific design she made a comment along the lines of "coz u don't have money", which is crazy because I legit just didn't want a dip manicure. Immediately I decided to never come back there because treating your customers like that and then vocally asking for a tip is utterly ridiculous. I had an amazing experience at Paradise Nail Lounge! I called ahead and was able to be seated for a no-chip pedicure thirty minutes later. Lauren at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. Annie, the nail tech, gave me a luxurious no-chip pedicure that looks and makes me feel great. The service was quick and professional. The interior is beautiful. I also left with a complimentary cuticle oil. I will definitely be back for another pedicure and a manicure too next time!
Tina (with the short hair) created these beauties! It was my very first time at Paradise Nail Lounge today. Aside from the stunningly gorgeous salon, "Short Hair Tina" (as there are 2 Tina's) made me feel welcome to express the exact way I like my nails, and she smiled the entire time and said "if you are happy, then I am happy" truly an amazing person and place. Highly, highly recommended. You will never go anywhere else after your first time here. Sensational ambiance.
