I was going through some trouble trying to get my certificate after completing a 6 hour adult program. Matt helped me on getting my certificate and fixing any other issues I had! His communication and professionalism was amazing. Even on a weekend he was more than willing to help me out and find the perfect solution for me! We need more Matt’s in every workplace. The team should be proud to have him.

I signed up for the driving lesson for my daughter because her lessons with another driving school where I sent my son to were cancelled, I didn't know what to expect when I switched my daughter to this driving school. It turned out that Northwestern driving school is easier to work with than the other one we experienced with my son. It classes are easy to schedule and they are right on top of the schedule, however I have to say that the staff in the Skokie is hard to reach and often not responding to messages. This is the "Best" driving school the practice test helped us pass the written test it was really helpful we got our permits and did our driving sessions as refreshers and we were able to pass our road test easily ... our instructor Ramone was excellent... he was very helpful... thanks so much!!!!
