Very fair and Honest both times, I was ready for a significant repair and a considerable towing cost, and I got neither. I got honesty and integrity knowledge. I am looking Far to bringing all our vehicles from the are heating air conditioning company and personal cars. I highly recommend them to thank you
Nick & Ernie's was outstanding. They were thorough, efficient, professional, and extremely courteous. They fixed my Expedition XL ahead of schedule and they could not have been more helpful or transparent in the process. I worked mostly with Michael, who kept me informed every step of the way, and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in great hands (which it was). He was an old school pro - treating customers with respect while delivering outstanding service. The way it should be, but rarely is. I highly recommend using Nick & Ernie's if you need their services.
Awesome and quick service. Staff takes the time to explain things to you and help find solutions. They are super responsive too sending text message updates on the vehicle and phone calls when it's close to being ready.
