Had a leaky flat roof from where an addition built in 1976 was put onto my 1893 home. After calling around and either getting blown off or people not accepting the job since they prefer to do new installs and complete tear offs I was able to get a hold of First Class. They came out the next day and were able to repair a less then stellar initial install as well as fix the leaks. They had no issue with me climbing up there to take a look and provided plenty of pictures along with flexible payment methods.
