To say I was pleased with my experience is probably an understatement. It reminded me of a time when accuracy and pride in ones work meant something. He took the time to find a frame that fit well and lens that would be able to meet my needs and expectations. He also took the time to explain differences in the types of lens materials and benifits and drawbacks in each. I felt like a valued customer rather than a number waiting in line.
I was referred to Ardy at Eyeview by my ophthalmologist ten years ago and I’ve gotten at least a dozen pairs of glasses. And in all that time, I have never once been disappointed! My last visit was last week when I stepped on my favorite, very expensive (Versace) prescription sunglasses. On first viewing, the shop told me that because they were so far gone they probably couldn’t be fixed but they would send them back to NYC where the manufacturer headquarters are in hopes they could fix them. I agreed knowing it was going to cost$$. The next day I got a text telling me I could come pick up my sunglasses. I figured that meant not even NYC could fix them, but to my surprise, when I got to the shop VOILA! they were repaired and as good as new. The charge was $35. Eyeview Optical, you’re the best!
Arte is the best. He listened to everything I wanted, and my glasses are EVERYTHING! THANKS SO MUCH!
