They arrive on time, quickly diagnose problems, and complete work with excellent attention to detail. Customers describe the technicians as knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. For emergency services, they have shown up within 2 hours on a Saturday and were helpful, thorough, and super trustworthy with reasonable pricing. Their backflow testing service is responsive, professional, and thorough with excellent communication. One customer noted the team responded immediately to a basement flooding emergency, fixing an ejector pump and toilet resealing to prevent further damage. Had all pipes and sewer lines hydro jet clean on commercial building with laundromat and was amazed at how much build up was clear on the pipes , also recommended on how to make sure all work well to upkeep maintenance so is efficient and done cause major problems in the future because repairs can be major if not take care of pipes.
Their first available appointment was on the same day and they arrived exactly when they said they would, maybe even a few minutes early. Their price was fair and their quality of work was fast and exceptional!!! Gabriel and Axel earned 5 ***** stars!
We had an excellent experience with Elite Sewer & Drain. We reached out due to a leak between units in our condo building and they were able to come out the next morning to investigate. Gabriel and his team were able to identify the problem and recommend next steps for us to resolve the issue. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained things to us clearly along the way. They will be my first call the next time I have plumbing issues!
