Just had the Best experience from Brian and Cody from Automatic Door Authority. After calling 2 other companies and waiting for weeks for someone to come out only to get crazy quotes for repairs, Cody came out within a day of calling. He had the parts on hand and had our door operating again in no time. Call them if you need experienced, professional, courteous and fair pricing!
Amazing company from top to bottom, girls in the office to technicians, to the owner. Wish we knew about them earlier! They are very knowledgeable on the products they install and offer excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
The entre team are truly the Authority in the Chicagoland Region. I had a specialty project that most would run away from. Brian and Sarah were responsive from the beginning and put us at ease through the entire project. What was a big deal to most was a cakewalk for this crew. Always reachable, know the best equipment to use for application and just a great company to deal with for all your Automatic needs.
