Just closed on a mortgage with the assistance of Fairway. I am a first time home owner and I wanted to make sure I was working with people I trust. I was referred to Arthur by a friend and It did not take long before I realized that he and Fairway were exactly what I was looking for.Arthur was very honest and open from the first call. He accepted my skepticism related to lenders in general. He laid out all the strenghs as well as the weaknesses of private lenders in relative to large banks.
