I met Jessica at a networking event. Being new to this side of healthcare business where at certain events and seminars, everyone knows each other. I didn’t know anyone at this particular event, I was able to meet Jessica and hear her passion for helping seniors and the community. Her kind, compassionate demeanor was truly touching as she explained to me the amazing services Arosa has to offer. She has dedicated herself and her career to helping seniors. I can honestly say that Jessica will put 100% of heart into a family looking for any senior care services.

Arosa provides top quality care. I am the adult child of two parents that use(d) their services. I live out of state, and the geriatric care management they provide gives me peace of mind that my father is well cared for. They are responsive in a timely manner, go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure coverage, and provide respectful care for my loved ones. I cannot speak highly enough of the caregivers, office staff (communication) and geriatric care management. Randi Israel (geriatric care manager) has given invaluable support to my family. She attends doctors' appointments with my father when I am unable to and otherwise treats my father as if he were her own.
