Trinity is amazing! She’s easy going, sweet, and great at what she does. She cut my hair yesterday and I saw her for the head spa treatment today. The treatment felt a little over indulgent but sometimes you need to treat yourself. :) Highly recommend Trinity!

I’ve been here several times before and always left satisfied. My makeup looks phenomenal, but my hair has zero curl. When the stylist put five curls in and then hairsprayed it, I knew I was in trouble. She let me leave with five rollers and said pull them out at home, but as you can see zero curl.So disappointed with my hair. :(

I am very disappointed with how my daughter’s hair turned out. The first photo is the inspiration picture we showed, the second is what we got, and the third is her natural hair before the appointment. We even specifically asked for it to be a little lighter than the inspiration photo.
It looked nothing like what we asked for. We paid over $400 and her hair essentially looks the same, maybe just slightly lighter, which honestly could have happened naturally over the summer.
We expected a noticeable transformation and professional results for that price, but instead left feeling frustrated and let down. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I had the BEST experience with my hairstylist Ashley —truly a 5-star service from start to finish!
She really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and never once made me feel pressured into doing something I wasn’t comfortable with. That meant so much to me. She understood my vision perfectly (even when I struggled to explain it 😅) and brought it to life better than I imagined.
You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their confidence walking out the door. I left feeling so happy, refreshed, and like me—just elevated.
If you’re looking for someone who listens, respects your preferences, and absolutely delivers… she’s your girl!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon, and unfortunately, it was enough to make me decide not to return.
On two separate occasions, someone named Josh—who claimed to be a stylist—approached me uninvited and began giving unsolicited opinions about my hair extensions. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also rude. He told me he was “the boss” and that I wouldn’t be sitting in his chair, then proceeded to criticize everything from my hair color and length to the method I use. It felt completely inappropriate and uncomfortable.
Beyond that, the overall atmosphere of the salon is very pushy. It’s hard to relax when you’re constantly being interrupted—whether it’s being offered alcoholic beverages repeatedly, pressured to buy products you’re not interested in, or pushed to reschedule appointments before your hair is even fully finished.
While I’ve been coming here for a while, the quality of service has never truly stood out. At best, I’d rate the results around a 3/5, and given this last experience, I won’t be returning.

I heard about this place because they have a hair donation box and i needed to chop my hair off to donate. A girl named Carson cut my hair and did a really good job especially considering the fact that she didn’t have a lot to work with due to me wanting to chop as much off as possible to donate. It turns out that we also have the same last name. I think we figured out we may be distant cousins but that interesting bias aside she did a really good job and worked around my cowlicks that has been butchered by other places in the past.

Wonderful salon. All the employees are friendly and professional. Scheduling the appointment was easy. I chose Bailey as my stylist because she is a pixie cut guru. She took the time to talk about my hair and educated me on caring for it. The cut turned out great and I will continue to go see Bailey!
