We just bought a new house and have never had a fireplace before. Loftus was early and thorough, explaining what he had found and the next steps. Before leaving, he walked us through how to use it step by step. We will only need to use it in the winter, but it gives me peace of mind to know that it's clean. We will 100% be using them each year for inspection and cleaning!
