We had a last-minute issue with our dog and although we weren’t a current client and not from the area, they were able to squeeze us in same-day and the price was so reasonable, that it shocked us.

Someone actually answered the phone and was friendly and polite. The previous phone call to a different vet clinic, was nothing more than an automated call to say that if you aren’t a current customer, don’t leave a message.

Our experience at Shelbyville Vet Services, from beginning to end was pleasant and helpful.

I'd give ten stars if I could. Dr. Brix is hands down the best vet in central Illinois. He has saved two of my dogs and my cat. He really takes the time to figure out what is wrong and doesn't waste your time.

As far as I'm concerned, the best veterinarian in the city of Shelbyville. There may not be a fancy vet clinic or a huge staff, but Dr. Spesard runs a CARING practice. He's not in it for the money and will treat your pet like a family member, not just a dollar sign. I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else around!!
