Where do I even start.. these people are amazing, great service every single time. Nobody’s ever judged or asked questions. Always there for my family.
Recently had to lay our Ruby to rest and they were tremendous.. gave us privacy to say our goodbyes and sent us a card the next week.. and had our ashes the week after. Thank you to everyone at Shelbyville Vet Clinic.
What a great experience. We were at the lake and had an emergency with our dog (broken foot). I called and they told me to bring her in and they would work us in. I was only there approx 10 min and back in an exam room. All the staff were very kind knowledgeable compassionate . The vet was very thoroughly and explained all options The best part was there was no hidden fees. My experience
Was so good that I will be using this facility when we are away fee room home and at the lake. I highly recommend this clinic for all your animal care needs. You will not be disappointed
My Jazzy girl has been going here for a long time, she has allergies, and just went for her shot today, we also get her pills refilled here as well, they usually get us in pretty quick too and the staff is always friendly and they take our concerns seriously, I also love that they are just down the road from us, highly recommend!
