I’ve had consistently positive experiences with Dr. Ngu and his staff as a patient over the years. When I had somewhat concerning symptoms earlier this year, I minimized and chalked it up to a severe panic attack but Dr. Ngu treated it seriously and recommended a stat MRI, and referred me to two specialists, which has helped me gain significant clarity about my overall health, including leading to a diagnosis that I had no idea about and that will require treatment. Dr. William Ngu is a great doctor. He always takes time to make sure he covers everything with his patient and takes time to explain the treatment options. He always returns his patients phone calls on the same day . Very knowledgeable and informative doctor. Highly recommend.
I had stopped in at NCH on Roselle Road to have my blood pressure checked and had it checked by one of the associates. I had left after getting it checked and I received a call from the office asking me if I could stop back at right away. Dr. Ngu wanted to see me and discuss my reading. So, I went back and the Doctor talked to me about what I was experiencing and offered me a way to correct my problem. It worked right away. I wasn't expecting a call and to have me come back right away was just what I needed. Thank you very much for taking the time to help me Dr. Ngu! I would highly recommend Dr. Ngu to anyone.
