We had a great experience with US Waterproofing. The quality of the work was excellent, and our representative (Nick and Johnny) was very responsive and easy to work with. Their overall customer service really stood out. After a recent heavy storm, our basement stayed completely dry, which proved the time and expense were absolutely worth it. They even followed up afterward to inspect everything and make sure we were still satisfied. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.
