This place is a joke .doesn't matter how well they do there job. Their customer service is horrible. One if the employees from the northbrook office altered our return visit time for our next appointment. So the following day they called asking where we were for our original time. When we explained that the lady switched out appointment time the employee was very rude and told us that it was not his problem and we could no longer be seen. That forced us after already missing work a couple times to go find another establishment in that field to which we had to spend extra money and time off work to have them perform the service nit pickers failed to complete.

Knowledgeable and professional! Took my daughter here to be treated for our first case of head lice. My 6 year old has very thick, long hair that is the perfect camouflage for lice. I am so glad I took her to the professionals! I took her in Monday, the technician combed her head twice. I continued to comb twice daily until Thursday. On Thursday, we went back to the technician for a checkup and there were no nits found! I was able to purchase a good quality nit comb and an enzyme spray (used to dissolve the nit glue) here as well. The enzyme was expensive, but well worth it. I would go back just to purchase the enzyme if I ever have to deal with lice again!
