I would not recommend this senior care company to anyone based on my experience.
The lack of communication was incredibly frustrating - calls and messages often went unanswered, and when we did get a response, it was vague or dismissive.
Even worse, the staff was unprofessional and disorganized. There was no consistency in care, no clear point of contact, and it felt like no one was truly accountable for anything. For a service that's supposed to support and care for vulnerable people, this level of carelessness is unacceptable.
Each caregiver I had with this company was late, unprofessional and accusatory to my family members. As for the owner of the company...read full review
