Great customer service and clean environment. Ollie did a great job on my chin hair that has been a nuisance to me for many years. I have become a believer in the electrolysis process. Nothing else I've tried has given me results I can see and feel.
This was my first experience with electrolysis and I was a bit nervous but Lisa made me very comfortable. She provided education as to the procedure, the physiology and expectations prior to asking for a commitment. She is gentle, knowledgeable and sweetly humorous. My fears were allayed. I’ve only had one session but it appears to be effective. I’ll be back next week.
My consultation with Lisa was amazing! I learned so much about electrolysis and the hair growth process along with many other factors that affect it. I am beyond excited to start my journey for clear skin!
