Royal Hartwig simplified and unburdened me through the process of selling my mother’s home. During our first meeting he laid out the process and ball parked the sale price of the house. He also identified some upgrades which would pay for themselves and increase the return on investment. Royal coordinated and provided access for the contractors (attorney, handyman, painter, carpet cleaner, and electrician) to make the necessary updates so I didn’t need to keep running back and forth saving me 1.5 hours round-trip for multiple visits.
