I had such a wonderful experience with my Reiki session. I came in already interested in energy work and movement, but my practitioner showed me techniques for breathing and moving energy through the chakras in a way that was completely new to me.
What I especially appreciated was that the session wasn’t just about relaxation. He taught me practical techniques I can actually use on my own. One helps me energize and recharge when I’m feeling sluggish, while another is more calming and helps quiet my mind.

I had a really great experience here. The owner is very knowledgeable about energy/Reiki/chakras and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how they explained what the treatment would involve, what I might experience during the session, and what to expect afterward.
